How to reach dispatch.
Call (385) 488-1892. The line is answered 24 hours a day, every day, including nights, weekends and holidays. Have your street address ready, and tell dispatch what is happening and whether water is still running.
We do not take plumbing requests through forms or chat. Voice is faster, and the plumber can ask follow-up questions while you describe the problem.
Address and email.
Our business address is 575 E University Pkwy, Orem, UT 84097. This address is for mail and business records, so call first before visiting.
General questions can go to contact@247plumberorem.com. For any plumbing problem, call instead, because email is not monitored like the phone line.
